Spotlight Officer of the Month - Officer Jerry J. Moll
Security Officer Jerry J. Moll comes to Pinnacle by reference of a friend. He was attracted to our business model of employing only the best employees with ex-military and law enforcement experience, both of which he has. Jerry feels that providing a safe and secure environment for clients is a cornerstone of his job responsibilities. However, he also holds interacting with clientele and the public as other important aspects of the job.
Outside of his work at Pinnacle Jerry is a professional dog trainer and handler, and he owns and operates multiple dog training businesses. Self-described as “down to earth” and “straight forward”, he isn’t all work and no play. He also enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing, experiencing and enjoying the outdoors. But what Jerry holds most important is time with his family, especially with his granddaughter.
Officer Moll understands the weight and responsibility of his role as a security officer. Knowing the importance of the job makes the officer more effective and the job more rewarding. Jerry says it best, “First and foremost is to learn your job and what is expected of you on that job, and (to) do your absolute best...”
Pinnacle owner, Chad Perez comments on Jerry’s success with the company, “We value the experience Jerry brings to our organization from both the public and private sectors. He understands that punctuality and professionalism are both keys to the success of Pinnacle and he exemplifies both of those traits. Jerry is always there to offer a helping hand to anyone who made need it.” Officer Moll’s recognition as Spotlight Officer of the Month demonstrates that doing the best job possible results in success for yourself and those around you.
