CEO Chad Perez founded our company in 2011 and leveraged his years of experience with the New Orleans Police Department to provide top-of-the-line security services to business owners looking for something more than what’s offered by a traditional security company. The differentiators put in place early on have served as a solid foundation for Pinnacle Security’s growth and expansion, servicing clients across the Gulf South region.

We utilize industry-leading technology for timekeeping and reporting to ensure the quality performance of our front-line security officers and bring accountability to your security plan. With managers and an executive team that have over a century of supervisory experience in civilian law enforcement and private security sectors, our management approach is both efficient and extremely professional.

All Pinnacle’s Security Officers are vetted by our thorough recruitment process and come to us with extensive either prior law enforcement experience, military service, or a minimum of two years of experience working as a security officer.
