Chad J. Perez, President & CEO
Chad J. Perez is the founder and President of Pinnacle Security. Perez is a results-oriented leader and decorated law enforcement veteran with extensive experience in security, surveillance, and investigations. Perez manages all aspects of company operations and has positioned Pinnacle Security as leaders in change for the security industry in the Gulf South.
His law enforcement career included service in SWAT, narcotics, and criminal gang investigations. Perez received numerous awards and commendations during his law enforcement career, including:
- Seven medals of commendation
- A Purple Heart medal
- NOPD 2nd Highest Medal of Merit
- Named as an Officer of the Year two times
- Service Awards from the United States Department of Justice and ATF
As the President and CEO of Pinnacle Security, he has guided the company’s growth and expansion. His focus on client services and the promotion of Pinnacle’s Core Values of Service, Professionalism, Accountability, and Respect throughout the organization has allowed him to build a team that provides exceptional services to our clients.
Perez has implemented industry-leading technologies and security-management solutions that bring accountability to our security operations. Perez is also a member of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute, a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, and a participant in the Louisiana Economic Development’s CEO Roundtable.
Our Executive Management Team

Brent D. Weinstein,
Vice President of Business Development
Brent D. Weinstein is a customer-oriented, hands-on administrator with over 55 years of service in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes surveillance and covert security operations, as well as contract security management for maritime clients, financial institutions, healthcare facilities, patrol services, and industrial facilities. He has directed and overseen contract security and investigative services throughout the Gulf South and East Coast. Brent cofounded two separate security companies which he exited after acquisitions and has held senior-level executive positions with several of the security industry’s largest service providers. He is responsible for all business development efforts for the Pinnacle Security brand, and he is dedicated to providing value-added security solutions to our clients.

Tracy Major,
Officer Manager/Human Resources
Tracy is a well-organized administrator, with 17 years of administrative experience in the Louisiana Judiciary System and close to a decade in the private sector. Tracy is an alumni of Loyola University, holding a MBA in Business Management. Tracy manages the day-to-day operations of Pinnacle’s corporate and is responsible for Human Resource matters as well as security licensing and training for all employees. In addition to her career and academic accomplishments, Tracy has also been deeply involved with many charitable organizations within her community.
Our Officers
Pinnacle offers two divisions of armed and unarmed services for your business: Protective Security Specialists and Security Officers. Our hiring requirements include at least two years of continuous experience in law enforcement or a proven track record of work as a professional security officer.
