Protective Security Specialists
Pinnacle’s Protective Security Specialists (PSS) are our premier officers who have helped establish our reputation for unmatched physical security services. Our PSS officers are all experienced law enforcement or military veterans, and they bring their extensive training and professional backgrounds to your business. Pinnacle’s PSS division brings together our officers’ unparalleled experiences with our industry-leading training standards.
Security Officers
All of our Security Officers (SO) join Pinnacle’s team with at least two years of continuous employment as security professionals. Our SO division is perfect for clients who are looking for top-notch security services, but who do not require the specialized backgrounds of our PSS officers. Our entire SO division is vetted by Pinnacle’s rigorous recruitment process and receives ongoing training to ensure you’re getting the best service in the business.
Recruitment Standards
We believe our officers are our biggest asset, so our investment in quality candidates begins at the initial application phase. Candidates enter our applicant tracking system, which allows us to recruit and hire the best possible security officers for our clients.
Pre-Employment Screening
All candidates complete an assessment that measures their work ethic and integrity. Candidates must achieve scores consistent with Pinnacle’s standards in order to continue through the hiring process. An in-person interview determines their suitability for hire and their post assignment.

Uniforms
Pinnacle officers are always attired in professional uniforms. Our company’s uniform policy covers the proper presentation of the uniform, all insignias, and duty gear, as well as policies for appearance while traveling to and from work assignments. Unlike most security service providers, Pinnacle provides uniforms at no cost to our security officers.
