Spotlight Officer - February 2019
This month’s Spotlight Officer Tonya Lemora came to us after Pinnacle was awarded the state contract to assume the security services for the Louisiana Workforce Commission. The facility managers recommended that we hire Tonya to continue working as a security officer at the location. Since transitioning to Pinnacle Security 5 months ago, Tonya has continued to embrace the Pinnacle Security brand and provide quality services for our client.
Officer Lemora’s hometown is Plaquemine, Louisiana. She is an avid reader and enjoys remaining active when off duty with bike rides. Like most of us, she is a big Saints fan (Who Dat!) and during the off-season, Tonya likes watching action movies and relaxes by listening to gospel music. She has a big heart and considers herself a person who would “go to the moon and back to help with any and everything needed”. This attitude is reflected in her day-to-day duties and is greatly appreciated by clients and her fellow officers.
When asked what she likes about working for Pinnacle, Officer Lemora says she appreciates the job security, flexibility and benefits that our company provides. She advises that new hires pay close attention to the training instructions provided at officer onboarding, “and if you’re not sure of anything you’ve been taught, always ask questions”. Open communication and clarity of assignment is something that we strive for at Pinnacle to maintain our high standards of service to our customers.
