Security Patrol Services
Pinnacle utilizes white law-enforcement-style trucks and SUVs for patrols, and these vehicles are marked with decals clearly identifying them as security vehicles. Our patrol vehicles are fully equipped with radio, emergency lighting in compliance with state and municipal codes, a company-owned cell phone, a tablet for completion of required reports, and a jump-start box.
Successful neighborhood patrols involve interaction with the community, so Pinnacle Security deploys the same security guards to patrol residential neighborhood clients on a regular schedule. This allows Pinnacle’s security officers to interact with residents and form relationships that increase recognition and personal comfort. We focus on maximum visibility during high-crime hours and the hours when neighborhood residents arrive home from work. Security patrol hours are flexible and shift according to updates in crime trends and special needs.
Pinnacle’s security patrol services clients are provided with a schedule of officers on patrol duty as well as a cell phone number to contact those officers at any time during their hours on site.
Responsiveness and Communication
Communication with our clients is crucial to our work. We make sure you know what’s happening on your premises.
Each of our officers completes a daily activity report during their shifts. This report includes resident/customer interactions, security checks, and any other areas of concern the officers find during their shift. Should an incident occur, our experienced officers write a detailed report. We also obtain a copy of any incident report written by the appropriate law enforcement agency that relates to our clients’ security.
