Our Divisions
We offer two divisions of armed and unarmed security services for our clients’ individual and specific needs.
Protective Security Specialists
Our Protective Security Specialists (PSS) provide first-class services for clients needing the highest level of security. Our PSS officers are all experienced law enforcement or military veterans who bring their professional expertise to your business. Pinnacle’s PSS officers bring unique experiences to the security industry.
Security Officers
Our Security Officers (SO) all join Pinnacle’s team with at least two years of continuous professional security experience. Plus, our recruitment and training processes ensure that everyone in our SO division surpasses industry standards and requirements.
Communication and Responsiveness
It’s important that you know what’s going on at your business. That’s why our officers complete daily activity reports during their shifts.
Each report logs resident-customer interactions, security checks, incidents, and anything else you should know. If an incident occurs, our officers obtain reports written by the appropriate law enforcement agency.
