Officer Spotlight of the Month on Peggy Calixte
Pinnacle Spotlight Officer of the Month Peggy Calixte has been with our team for over a year. During that time she has exemplified the character and dedication to her job that makes Pinnacle who we are.
When asked what made her choose us, Peggy responded, “I heard of PSI's reputation of excellent service in the industry,” and that's something we are proud to hear at Pinnacle. While she is on duty, she feels that she is representing our company to each client we serve.
“Understand that you are the face of PSI to the client, and you must put your best foot forward in offering excellent service,” Peggy says. This focus on providing our clientele with the best we have to offer makes us proud as well to have her on our team.
Officer Calixte spends her free time giving back by providing service to the community as well. She loves cutting hair and participating in events that provide free services to the elderly, handicapped, and homeless citizens of the city. Her favorite song, “The Greatest Love of All” by Whitney Houston, provides an excellent backdrop to her self-less altruism.
Like every true New Orleanian, Peggy is a Saints fan through and through. She is also a self-described “fashionista” and her favorite movie is “Dream Girls.” Striking a perfect balance between the seriousness and uniformity of her job at Pinnacle with her relaxing and similarly rewarding down-time.
Pinnacle's President/CEO Chad Perez highly commends Officer Calixte. “When Peggy joined the Pinnacle team over a year ago, she brought nearly 30 years of law enforcement experience with the New Orleans Police Department. During her time with Pinnacle, she has served in a patrol capacity and currently services one our warehousing and logistics clients along the Port of New Orleans. She has excelled in both positions and her experience has translated to added value for each client.”
