Officer Spotlight – Keith Carter
Officer Keith Carter has been with us for a short period of time and we have already felt his influence on our customers and his fellow employees. Officer Carter sees Pinnacle as a company that can provide opportunities to continue his growth as a private security professional and we are happy to meet that need in our employees by challenging them to be their best. Keith feels that he has gained a new family of team members that puts the wellness of officers first and maintains an open environment for learning together.
A native of Plaquemine, LA, when Keith is off duty he more than likely is indulging in a family activity with his wife and kids. He often plays sports or fishes on weekends unless he is instructing a firearms class. Like most of us, his favorite sports team is the New Orleans Saints (#whodat). Officer Carter’s favorite movie is “We Were Soldiers” and a little know fact about him is that “sometimes I like to listen to Country music.” We won’t tell anyone, we promise.
With an attitude of “We reflect our company,” he advises new hires to know their purpose, to always remain vigilant and to anticipate the unpredictable. They should also keep an open line of communication and remember to be presentable and within uniform regulation. “While executing my daily duties, I take pride in knowing that I am a reflection of this company’s professionalism.” And we at Pinnacle are grateful for his commitment.
