January 2018 Spotlight Officer of the Month

At Pinnacle Security and Investigations, we hold our employees to standards of excellence in order to provide our clientele with industry-leading security services. We understand that our employees are our first line of service to our clientele and we value them highly.

This month we acknowledge Security Officer Charles Culpepper for his service above and beyond our standards.   Officer Culpepper has been with the company for a year and in that time he has demonstrated professionalism in service worth recognizing as our first employee of the month.

A native of New Orleans, LA, he has years of experience in both military and law enforcement, which is demonstrated by his professionalism, work ethic and interactions with the public he comes in contact with.  Charles, like most New Orleans natives, is an avid Saints Football fan. Despite his stern, professional appearance, he considers himself to be a “softy on the inside” and he likes to spend his downtime with a glass of red wine watching Sci-Fi.

Charles says that he was drawn to the quality of people who were already associated with Pinnacle prior to joining us. His desire to give back to his community by providing a safe and secure environment is an admirable quality shared by many of our employees. Charles values his work interactions with the public and feels that everyone that he encounters should be treated with respect and professionalism. We are proud to have received his recognition and to have him as a part of our growing team!
